Precision tooling. Neurosurgical devices. Bought at the source.
Sparkling Labs Limited is a Hong Kong distributor of industrial and medical equipment. We buy on our own account — direct from OEM manufacturers in mainland China and from Sophysa in France — and resell to business clients across Asia-Pacific and the United Arab Emirates.

Two lines
One trading desk,
two very different benches.
Both lines run the same way: we purchase on our own account from the manufacturer and resell under our own commercial terms. We do not subcontract execution and we do not pass our clients on to our suppliers.
Industrial equipment
Precision metalworking tooling and everything that keeps the machine running — cutting tools, drives, instruments, spare parts and fluids. This is the core of the business.
Medical equipment
A specialised neurosurgical and neuro-critical-care line: hydrocephalus management, intracranial-pressure monitoring and external drainage — supplied only through licensed medical-device distributors.

How an order runs
Four weeks, five steps,
no surprises in the middle.
The sales cycle runs about four weeks from order to delivery. Here is where the money and the goods are at each point of it.
Week 001
Enquiry and specification
You send part numbers, an ISO designation, a drawing or a device list. We confirm availability and grade with the manufacturer.
Week 0–102
Written quotation
Fixed price, lead time and delivery terms in writing. Goods are priced at our internal resale margin, plus configuration or service fees where they apply.
Week 103
Order and 50% advance
The order is confirmed against a 50% advance by international wire in USD. We do not offer credit terms.
Week 1–304
Procurement and checks
We pay the manufacturer directly against a verified trade invoice — CNY to China, EUR to France — and check the goods against the order.
Week 3–405
Balance and shipment
The balance settles before goods leave. Invoice, packing list and transport documents travel with the shipment.
Why Hong Kong
A desk within reach
of the factory floor.
Hong Kong sits directly alongside our Chinese procurement base and on the global delivery routes our clients ship along. That proximity is the whole point: it is what lets us buy from the manufacturer rather than from a broker, and quote a four-week cycle without padding it.
Around that sit the things a trading company actually needs day to day — efficient customs procedures, a legal framework that holds up, and banking infrastructure built for cross-border settlement in more than one currency.
The company was formed in 2026 and is deliberately simple: one entity, one beneficial owner, one operating account, and a counterparty list short enough to name in full.

Counterparties
A deliberately short list.
As a company formed in 2026, we transact with the counterparties below and no others — each one identity-verified, sanctions-screened and documented before the first order. Names and full corporate details go to banks, clients and suppliers on request rather than onto a public page. Logistics, customs and professional-services providers will be added as we scale, under the same standards.

Questions we get first
Straight answers
Business customers only — industrial distributors and value-added resellers, machine-tool service companies, and licensed medical-device distributors. There is no retail channel and no consumer sales. Medical devices go to licensed distributors and healthcare institutions, never to end-users directly.
Industrial equipment is bought directly from OEM manufacturers in mainland China. The medical line comes from Sophysa, the manufacturer, in France.
There is no broker in between. We hold the purchase relationship, we hold the invoice, and we hold the client relationship. Our supplier list is short and specific; we share it, with full corporate details, on request.
We buy on our own account and resell at a gross margin on the value of the goods. Configuration and service fees are quoted separately where they apply. Every quotation is fixed and in writing — price, lead time and delivery terms together.
50% advance on order, balance due before shipment. No credit terms. Average order size runs USD 2,000–3,000 and the cycle from order to delivery is roughly four weeks.
Incoming payments are received as international wires in USD; other currencies are accepted by wire.
No. Sparkling Labs Limited trades as principal. Every payment in and out relates to our own procurement and operations — no third-party processing, no client funds held, no onward assignment of clients to suppliers. Supplier payments go to pre-approved accounts against verified trade invoices.
