We are a small trading desk, not a call centre. Send what you need — a part number, an ISO designation, a drawing, a device reference — and we check availability with the manufacturer before we reply. That reply carries a fixed price, a lead time and the delivery terms, in writing.
If the answer is that we cannot get it, or cannot get it on a timeline that works for you, we say so in the same reply.
We sell to businesses only. For medical devices, please include your distribution licence details with the first message.
