The line
One manufacturer.

No improvisation.
This line exists because a distribution channel asked for it, not because we went looking for volume. It runs on the same principal-trading model as the industrial side: we buy from Sophysa on our own account and resell on our own commercial terms.
What is different is the channel. Devices go to licensed medical-device distributors for onward distribution — never to patients, never to end-users direct. We ask for the licence before we quote, and the goods travel in the manufacturer's original packaging with the manufacturer's own documentation.
